1. Who we are
MyCityMap is a service of Consult IT!, Koninginnepage 5, 7826 GJ Emmen, The Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 73541206, VAT number NL001403272B25. Email: erwin@consultit.nl.
2. The service
MyCityMap is an online editor for designing map posters. Designing is free. You only pay when you download a print-ready file.
3. Prices
A download costs €2 (Raster – high-resolution PNG), €4 (Vector Low – SVG) or €8 (Vector High – SVG + PDF). Prices are per download and include Dutch VAT (21%).
4. Ordering and payment
You pay through Stripe Checkout. You do not need an account; we do need your email address for the receipt. After payment you get a personal download link on screen. The agreement is formed once your payment has been completed.
5. Delivery
Your file becomes available for download as soon as the payment has been confirmed.
6. Right of withdrawal
A download is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. By ordering, you agree that delivery starts immediately and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code). If a file is faulty, contact us and we will find a solution.
7. Use of your poster
You may print and use the poster you bought for personal purposes. For commercial use (for example reselling prints), ask us for written permission first.
The map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and is available under the Open Database License (ODbL).
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the download concerned. This does not apply in the case of intent or gross negligence on the part of Consult IT!.

Do you have a complaint? Email erwin@consultit.nl and describe the problem. We will reply as soon as possible.
10. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to every purchase.
